Turkish Qualifications Framework
TQF level 5: Associate degree (academic and vocational)
In short: Associate degree level: basic theoretical and practical knowledge in a field; ability to apply that knowledge and skills under supervision.
The Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF) is the national framework, designed to be compatible with the European Qualifications Framework, that classifies all qualifications gained through education programmes and other learning routes into eight levels. Each level is defined by level descriptors in three domains: knowledge, skills and competence. The framework is coordinated by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK).

- Knowledge
comprehensive, theoretical and factual knowledge in a field of work or study
